Bombay Duck is a fish that is peculiar to the Arabian Sea, found mostly off the coast of Bombay, now Mumbai. It has a very distinct flavour which lends itself very well to the preparation of curries and pickles. Our version of the Bombay Duck pickle is an old Goan recipe that involves the use of sun dried Bombay Duck. The perfect accompaniment for poppadums and wheat crackers. Use as a condiment for sandwich spreads, instant noodles, burgers and pizzas.
